**Background and Issues**
Tokyo Dome City, one of the largest entertainment complexes in Tokyo, attracts over 40 million visitors annually (FY 2019). Among its attractions, Tokyo Dome hosts a variety of major events throughout the year, including baseball games, concerts, and exhibitions. Tokyo Dome is designed and constructed under strict standards to withstand major earthquakes; however, immediately after a significant earthquake, this system was introduced to enable even non-experts to make quantitative assessments regarding the continued use of the building and to provide appropriate evacuation instructions to customers.
**Provided System**
By incorporating the knowledge of structural designers into the system, we provide the earthquake damage assessment system "NSmos," which can read the characteristics of each building and set optimal damage assessment values. This system allows for the assessment of continued use of the building within minutes after an earthquake, based on a five-level assessment result, enabling timely evacuation instructions for customers.
